Life360
Life360 is opt-in. A member can turn location sharing off, and Life360 says that cannot be prevented. The Circle then sees Location Sharing Paused. Life360's terms say anyone under 13 (14 in Korea) may not create an account without explicit parental consent.
This is a warning, not a lock. You cannot force sharing to stay on.
Know that sharing can be paused

Turning off sharing shows Location Sharing Paused to the Circle. SOS, Check In, and Crash Detection can still share a location. Life360 says it is not possible to prevent someone from turning sharing off, because the service is opt-in.
- Open the Circle and look for Location Sharing Paused. That means they turned sharing off.
- Do not treat Life360 as a lock. Talk about when sharing stays on, because you cannot force it from your phone.
